BeerStyles Taproom & Gastropub chef de cuisine Karston Ausborn makes an Easter brunch with seatings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The restaurant at 5513 Mills Civic Pkwy., West Des Moines, has reservations open online for the $59 per person brunch.
Big Grove Brewery & Taproom
Big Grove Brewery & Taproom, 555 17th St., Des Moines, hosts children’s and adult’s egg hunts and serves an Easter brunch. Egg hunts by age group run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A brunch menu includes eggs Benedict, French toast, and a platter of bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and toast.
Fleming‘s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 150 S. Jordan Creek Pkwy., West Des Moines, has a three-course brunch menu on Saturday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, March 31, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The steakhouse has a separate filet and lobster three-course menu all weekend as well. The brunch menu features a sliced tenderloin and French onion frittata paired with tomato hollandaise and roasted asparagus. Other entrée options include the baby gem shellfish Louie salad and sun-dried tomato and spinach stuffed pork chop. All entrées are paired with a salad or soup to start and a lime cheesecake tart for dessert. Diners can also order cinnamon pecan rolls made in house.
