John Bradley Lazarchic

PALM SPRINGS - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bradley Lazarchic, he passed on February 20, 2024 in Coachella, California. He was born on November 24, 1966.

John was the son of John (Jack) Lazarchic and the late Laura Ann Ferry, stepson of Karen (Wren) Lazarchic, step brother Jason Wren (Susan), step sister Jenny Donaldson (TJ), uncle to Tim & Alise Donaldson. Grandson of the late Ross & Mary Ferry (Laura) and the late Melba and John Lazarchic (Jack). He was the nephew of Judy Hoskins, the late Bob Lazarchic, the late Patricia Cunningham, Janet Grippe, Anita Steighner, Aimee Narducci and the late Patricia Bland. He had many cousins; Jay, Tim and Kevin Hoskins, John Joseph, Bobbie Laughman & Debbie Lazarchic, Matthew, Mitch and Jeffrey Cunningham.

He was a graduate of Bowling Green State University and spent the next 30 years working in the pet industry in retail, e-commerce and Information Systems Technology. He was a highly respected executive with Petco and most recently Breeder’s Choice Pet Foods. In 2014, along with Rick Rockhill, he co-founded the retail consulting firm, Zarhill Partners Group. John also served on the Board of Directors with Shop.Org for 5 years.

His many work colleagues will remember him for his extensive knowledge and experience, dedication, professionalism, willingness to help others, and share his knowledge. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.

He was a long-time resident of Palm Springs, and most recently Coachella, California. John enjoyed computer games, world travel, cruising, camping, the great outdoors, and RV life. Throughout his life he loved animals and was a major animal advocate.
