The importance of casting your vote

The Dundalk Eagle - - BY THE PEOPLE - Robert Bellamy Cornwall Road

Of all the free nations of the world, the U.S. has the lowest turnout of voters at election time. After studying our system and our history, it’s easy to understand why nobody would want to waste their time voting. THESE THINGS CAN BE FIXED.

The bottom line is the American people have lost faith and trust in their government and in themselves. We need, once again, to trust each other, and have faith in the system.

We need to chose good, qualified candidates to run our government. Remember, Congress is the most important body in our system.

We put a lot of faith and hope in the young millennials who can change things in the 21st century.

It’s time to stand up and be counted. America needs us. Please vote.
