Leonard Gail Romine, 98, of Ar­bo­vale, WV, for­merly of Bal­ti­more, MD, passed away Thurs­day, June 7, 2018 at White Sul­phur Springs Cen­ter, in White Sul­phur Springs, WV.

Born March 21, 1920 at Clarks­burg, WV, he was a son of the late Lewis Calvin and Ada L. May­field Romine.

Leonard was a re­tired in­spec­tor for AAI and Martin Ma­ri­etta Com­pa­nies and was an ac­tive mem­ber of the First Lutheran Church of Gray Manor, where he also sang in the choir.

In ad­di­tion to his par­ents Mr. Romine is pre­ceded in death by his wife, Lena Florence Sear­les Romine.

He is sur­vived by three sons: Ralph Evans Romine (Phyl­lis), of Ar­bo­vale; Richard Wayne Romine (Joann), of Bal­ti­more, MD; Wil­liam Romine (Claire), of Youngstown, OH; also sur­viv­ing are seven grand­chil­dren; 15 great grand­chil­dren; and four great great grand­chil­dren.

A visi­ta­tion for fam­ily and friends will be held at Duda-Ruck Fu­neral Home in Dun­dalk, MD, on Tues­day, June 12, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Fu­neral ser­vices will be 10 a.m. Wed­nes­day, June 13 at the First Lutheran Church of Gray Manor, with Pas­tor Wil­liam Wallace of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment will fol­low at Meadow Ridge Memo­rial Park in Bal­ti­more.
