At 8:10 p.m. on Jan­uary 3, a known sus­pect gained en­try into the vic­tim’s res­i­dence on the 2900 block of Corn­wall Rd. by kick­ing the front door open. Once in­side, the sus­pect re­moved two elec­tronic cig­a­rettes and then fled on foot. The sus­pect later re­turned to the res­i­dence and was ap­pre­hended by the po­lice.

Some­time be­tween 9 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. on De­cem­ber 31, un­known sus­pect(s) en­tered the res­i­dence on the 100 block of Carver Rd. and took a gen­er­a­tor.

Around 3:30 a.m. on De­cem­ber 31, of­fi­cers were dis­patched to Pep Boys on the 1500 block of Mer­ritt Blvd. for a se­cu­rity alarm that had been ac­ti­vated. Upon ar­rival of­fi­cers ob­served a bro­ken win­dow, but the en­trance and rear doors re­mained locked. It is un­known at this time if any­thing was taken.

Be­tween 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. on De­cem­ber 28, four ju­ve­nile sus­pects en­tered sev­eral yards on the 800 block of Jeanette Ave. at­tempt­ing to take dirt bikes. One sus­pect was lo­cated and ar­rested in the area. Sus­pects are also be­lieved to be re­spon­si­ble for at­tempted sec­ond de­gree bur­glar­ies in the 7500 block of Berk­shire Road, 21224.
