St. Marys Police Department
The St. Marys Police Department issued 16 citations and responded to the following incidents from March 29 to April 3. March 29
• At 10:51 a.m., the police received a walkin fraud complaint, with the incident stating to have happened at the 1000 block of Cleveland Avenue.
• At 3:13 p.m., officers were called to investigate a private property crash at the 2200 block of North State Route 66.
• At 9:21 p.m., the St. Marys Police Department arrested Michelle Ellian for falsification at the 600 block of Armstrong Street, and was later transported to the Auglaize County Correctional Facility.
March 31
• At 8:29 a.m., officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at the 400 block of Derrick Street.
• At 11:37 a.m., the police were called to the 100 block of East Spring Street in order to investigate a complaint involving possession of weapons under disability.
• At 12:51 p.m., Barbara Pfeiffer was arrested at the 4800 block of OH-29 in Celina on several outstanding warrants. She was transferred to and from Mercer County Jail involving ongoing court proceedings.
• At 3:40 p.m., the SMPD were called to investigate a theft complaint at the 2500 block of Kensington Drive.
April 1
• At 11:44 a.m., officers were called to the 500 block of McKinley Road in order to investigate reports of a trespassing complaint at St. Marys Chrysler.
• At 3:23 p.m., the police were called to the 1000 block of West Spring Street in relation to a identity fraud complaint.
April 2
• At 11:12 a.m., Dalton Hatton was arrested by the SMPD on the 300 block of South Wayne Street in relation to an outstanding warrant. He was later transported to the Auglaize County Jail.
April 3
• At 2:48 p.m., an accident occurred on Greenville Road after a vehicle struck the front of another car after ignoring a red light at an intersection.
