- By Hart Pisani

The Pac-12 football season is just over a week away from getting started, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start talking about college basketball already.

The Pac-12 officially unveiled their 2020-21 conference basketball schedule on Thursday morning. While times have not been decided for any game and some don’t have specific dates yet, we know generally when and who the Colorado Buffaloes will be playing.

The Buffs will begin their conference slate on Wednesday, Dec. 2, when they visit the University of Arizona. They’ll play their first home game just three days later on Saturday,

Dec. 5, when the Buffaloes host Washington State.

After that, the specifics get hazy. The Pac-12 has announced that each school will have two opponents a week, who those opponents will be, and where the games will be played. In terms of specific dates, however, that will be determined as we get closer to the actual season. For now, here’s what we do know.

Colorado will remain home for the week of Jan. 13-17 when they host California and Stanford. The week of Jan. 20-24 will visit Washington and Washington State. The week after that (Jan. 27-31) Colorado will host Utah. Of note, Utah will have the same weekly schedule as CU throughout the Pac-12 season.

The week of Feb. 3-7, CU will host Arizona and Arizona State before visiting California and Stanford the week of Feb. 1014. The week of Feb. 17-21 CU will visit Oregon and Oregon State before hosting UCLA and USC the week of Feb. 24-28.
