Wedding venues offer Morgan County residents a plethora of options

Morgan County offers a variety of event venues for brides and grooms to choose from for their upcoming nuptials. The list below just scratches the surface of the many options available and we are always adding to our list. Longmeadow Event Center

Longmeadow Event Center in Wiggins offers a variety of wedding packages with specials and promotions that can be customized to fit your budget.

Items for you to choose from include:

Indoor/outdoor ceremony area (includes chair/ table set-up & tear- down), full access to Longmeadow grounds for wedding & engagement photos, 1,000 beautiful acres with water and wooded areas, luxury hotel rooms, bride and groom dressing rooms, Event Coordinator, onehour rehearsal before the wedding, champagne toast for the head table, food tasting, reception hall, lounge, on-site Manager, table linens and napkins, chair covers, sashes, table runners, mirror centerpieces, guest book, Bartenders, open bar (coffee, tea, and water), fullservice meal — buffet style, rehearsal dinner, Sunday breakfast or brunch, uplighting, Gobo and LED cocktail table packages, chocolate covered wedding strawberries, flowers, DJ, photo booth, photographer, decorator, shuttle service, chocolate party favors, wedding cake, massages, security, and Wedding Officiant. Longmeadows’ full- service catering kitchen offers appetizers, prime rib, seafood, Mexican, Italian, or a customized menu. They will also cater your off-site event.

The indoor facility holds up to 300 and if you include the outdoor patio, it will seat up to 400. For events at a different location, you can bring Longmeadow services, catering, and their staff with you.

The Block: Commissary Kitchen & Events

The Block Commissary Kitchen & Events, formerly the Country Steak- Out in Fort Morgan, is a non-profit corporation that saw a need for small food-related businesses in the area to be able to store, prepare and distribute their goods. Their commercial kitchen and versatile event space allows you to have your caterer bring in prepared food or cook on- site. They also have kitchen member businesses that you can hire for your catering needs.

The event space can accommodate up to 216 guests and offers a table and chair set up, a dance floor, and audio and visual equipment is available.

If bar service is part of your event, their anchor tenant, After Hours Cocktail Bar is located inside The Block.

The Hall Event Center, formerly known as the VFW in Fort Morgan currently has rental space available for 150 people. Part of the building is undergoing ren

ovations and when the additional space is completed later this year, it will accommodate up to 300.

There are tables and chairs available for the space and a limited kitchen for your catering needs.

The Course at Petteys Park

The Course at Petteys Park in Brush is an option you may not have considered. If you are looking for a more intimate space for a smaller event, this may be the perfect location.

The golf course features a relaxing atmosphere with amazing landscapes for pictures. Stroll the grounds and make notes of the best photo spots. You never know, the photo opportunities may be the deciding factor.

If golf is appealing to you and your guests, why not hold your rehearsal dinner or another pre-wedding event at the course and tie it in with a round of golf on their 9-hole course? It will give you a chance to see how the space works for you and your event needs.

The Club will hold up to 80 people and bar service is available. Catering can be arranged through the Golf Course and there is a small kitchen if you decide to bring food in from another vendor.

The Jaycee Building

The Jaycee Building is located in the Memorial Park in Brush. Because it is located in the park, you have the option to include outside space with picnic tables and increase the number of guests from 80. The building offers table and chair rentals.

Catering services can make use of the small kitchen with a sink, stove, and refrigerator.

The Clavis Club in Fort Morgan opened its doors more than 50 years ago to support members of their community. The Club holds various events, including weddings and receptions for up to 250 people. They offer bar service, a stage, and ample parking for your guests.

Tables and chairs are available for your event and the club has a small kitchen area for catering with a sink, stove, refrigerator, and a counter for prep and serving.

The VFW in Brush has a large hall that will seat up to 107 people. Tables and chairs are included with the rental fee and they offer a kitchen for catering.

American Legion Post 19

The American Legion Hall can hold 289 people. A catering kitchen and bar service is available.

Riverview Event Center

The Riverview Event Center is located at 19201 Co. Road 24 between Brush and Fort Morgan. Whether you are having a small or large event, the Riverview Event Center can accommodate up to 300 people with separate spaces for wedding parties to relax and prepare for the big day.

A vendor list is available for catering, photography, DJ, florists, and others. They provide table and chair set-ups with linens. Decorations are available to be included in your wedding package.

There are two separate meadows available for ceremonies or receptions.
