Enjoy the benefits of a chair-supported yoga practice while flowing through a series of poses for about 30 minutes and end with a 5-10 minute guided meditation. All poses are done seated or using chairs to help balance. This class will benefit those who have never done yoga before as well as those who could do it in their sleep!
