Students donate to Foundation 58
The Maple Manor Elementary/Middle School Art Club worked together under the supervision of Amber Cipriani to paint a cornhole game set for a local charity, Foundation 58. Upon completion, the set was a large raffle prize for a fundraiser, the 13th annual Bowling For The Brave, held Feb. 25 at Chacko’s Bowling Alley, Wilkes-Barre. The event raised more than $17,000 for first responders battling cancer. Materials were supplied to MM Art Club by Foundation 58, who received the donations locally. Students who participated are, from left: Mystic Repshar, Janae Scott, Esmerally Holguin and Natalie Yeager.
