Soap, de­cal al­legedly stolen from store

A Ta­maqua woman faces charges af­ter po­lice say she stole from a bor­ough store Oct. 17.

Robin L. Stay­ath­ome, 43, faces a mis­de­meanor for re­tail theft filed against her by Ta­maqua po­lice Oct. 23. The charge was is­sued via sum­mons, which she ac­cepted Nov. 21.

Ar­rest pa­pers state she took hand soap and a de­cal to­tal­ing $11.66 from Fam­ily Dol­lar and al­ready had a sum­mary re­tail theft con­vic­tion, re­sult­ing in the mis­de­meanor grad­ing.
