Soap, decal allegedly stolen from store
A Tamaqua woman faces charges after police say she stole from a borough store Oct. 17.
Robin L. Stayathome, 43, faces a misdemeanor for retail theft filed against her by Tamaqua police Oct. 23. The charge was issued via summons, which she accepted Nov. 21.
Arrest papers state she took hand soap and a decal totaling $11.66 from Family Dollar and already had a summary retail theft conviction, resulting in the misdemeanor grading.
