Angie M. Lonzetta, 87, passed away peace­fully Thurs­day at Se­ton Manor, Or­wigs­burg, sur­rounded by her lov­ing daugh­ters.

A Hazleton na­tive, she was the daugh­ter of the late Michael and Rose Cam­era DeFina and was a mem­ber of Most Pre­cious Blood Church, Hazleton.

Angie grad­u­ated Hazleton High School in 1948 and worked in the Min­ers Bank, West Hazleton. She loved cook­ing, bak­ing and en­ter­tain­ing fam­ily and friends. She es­pe­cially loved spend­ing time with her grand­chil­dren. Since 2008, she was a res­i­dent of Prov­i­dence Place, Drums, where she had many friends and en­joyed paint­ing and play­ing bingo. She will be greatly missed.

Pre­ced­ing her in death, in ad­di­tion to her par­ents, were her hus­band of 45 years, An­thony Lonzetta; and brother, James DeFina.

Sur­viv­ing are her daugh­ters, Mary Lonzetta and her hus­band, Joseph Fad­ule, Rob­binsville, N.J.; Lisa Fad­ule and her hus­band, Ge­orge, Su­gar­loaf Twp.; An­drea Fen­drick and her hus­band, Jef­frey, Su­gar­loaf Twp.; and Lori Lonzetta and her hus­band, Ron Urioste, Som­er­set, N.J.; grand­chil­dren, Kyle Mel­lon, Maria and Jef­frey Fen­drick, and Ni­cholas and Ju­lia Urioste; and niece, Nancy Kapes and her hus­band, Gary.

A Mass of Chris­tian Burial will be cel­e­brated at 10 a.m. Tues­day in Most Pre­cious Blood Church. Burial will be in Most Pre­cious Blood Ceme­tery. The fam­ily will re­ceive friends from 9 a.m. un­til the time of ser­vice Tues­day in the church.

Joseph A. Mo­ran Fu­neral Home, 229 W. 12th St., Hazleton, is in charge of the ser­vices.

In lieu of flow­ers, me­mo­rial do­na­tions may be made to St. Jude Chil­dren’s Re­search Hos­pi­tal or to Meals on Wheels of Greater Hazleton.
