Michael Levin, who portrayed reporter Jack Fenelli on all 13-plus years of the ABC daytime soap opera Ryan’s Hope, died Jan. 6 in
Mount Kisco, New York. He was 90.
Gina Lollobrigida,
the Italian film sensation whose exotic charms made her an international sex symbol of postwar cinema, died Jan. 16 in Rome. She was 95.
Jeff Beck, one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time, died Jan. 10 in Surrey, England. He was 78.
