Deaths
Toby Keith, the larger-than-life country music singer and songwriter who had hits with “Who’s Your Daddy?” and “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue,” died Feb. 5 of stomach cancer in Oklahoma. He was 62.
Mickey Gilbert, the stunt performer who jumped off a cliff as a double for Robert Redford in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, died Feb. 5 in Camarillo, California. He was 87.
Hank Bradford, the stand-up comic who performed on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson before becoming its head writer, died Jan. 18 in Los Angeles. He was 88.
Cecilia Gentili, the trans activist who portrayed Miss Orlando on Pose, died Feb. 6. She was 52.
J.C. “Spike” Osorio, a rigger on the set of the Marvel Studios series Wonder Man, died Feb. 6 when he fell from the rafters at Radford Studios in Studio City. He was 41.
