Unnamed sources say John Kelly, the White House chief of staff, is likely to leave his post soon. Nick Ayers, the vice president’s chief of staff, is seen as a leading candidate. On Saturday, Trump is expected to name Army Gen. Mark Milley to lead the Joint Chiefs of Staff, replacing Gen. Joseph Dunford Jr., who is due to step down next fall.
