DeBlasio's Much Criticized Trip to Germany

The Jewish Voice - - FRONT PAGE -

Our mayor is tall in physical stature but microscopically miniscule in loyalty or respect for the city over which he rules and its citizens . Just last month, Puerto Rican murderer/terrorist, FALN leader, Lopez Rivera was to be honored by the organizers of the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade. He had been sentenced to 55 years in prison until pardoned by guess who? Barack Obama. And while commercial sponsors of this event bailed out not wanting in any way shape or form to be associated with this despicable creature, de Blasio supported him with the words: "I understand why so many Puerto Ricans - that's almost 700,000 people in this city respect that he fought for Puerto Rico in their eyes." But at the last moment our "leader" backtracked, chickened out and didn't show for the parade. But it gets worse.... for us all.

This week, showing signs of preparing to run for the Oval Office in 2020, he ignored not only the graduation ceremony of hundreds of new police officers, he totally disregarded the assassination of one of NYPD's finest, PO Miosotis Familia who was shot while in her police cruiser while on duty in the Bronx. Only upon arriving back home after lovingly addressing the revolutionaries who devastated the German city of Hamburg with firebombs, rioting and thuggery, did he spend a mere half hour with the grieving family. The sister of Mioisotis blasted the mayor for failing to bulletproof the windows of police vehicles giving the same protection as on the mayor's limos. Right now they are sitting ducks for the crazies who control this city's streets. Just two and a half years ago officers Liu and Ramos were gunned down in a similar fashion in Brooklyn. But does Bill care?

So now let's bring in the Black Lives Matter Movement whose rallying cry is, "What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!" And what did the First Family of NYC say about this movement as recently as last year? Bill's wife uttered these despicable remarks: "We have a different perspective than our police commissioner. Black Lives Matter is a force for good. It's about peaceful protests. It's about shining a light on the problems that we have in race relations across this country. And I am very encouraged by the Black Lives Matter movement." And the gay lady speaks for her husband, who chimed in, "I have to tell you, they've changed the national discussion for the better." Those of us who live and work in NYC have to hide our heads in shame to have this couple rule and run roughshod over us as they play out their fantasies that laud and celebrate those who would extinguish the lives of our brave men and women in blue. They are a disgrace to the entire country. They should have stayed in Hamburg and tossed around some Molotov cocktails for the hell of it.
