in backyard Skull found
Police are working with a forensic anthropologist to learn more about a human skull found in a backyard Saturday in the 3700 block of Myrtle Avenue.
A man checking on a relative’s property found the skull near a garage about 7:50 p.m. It was unclear how long the skull had been there. The man told police he had not been in the yard for four to six months.
The yard is near a thickly wooded area, which police said they might search. Police didn’t find other bones in the yard.
