DENVER MAKES CUTS: Running back Justin Fargas has been released by the Denver Broncos. The Broncos signed Fargas, 30, on Aug. 11 to bolster their banged-up backfield. Fargas, who used to play in Oakland, gained just 17 yards in 10 carries in the exhibitions.
