Remember those toy rocket shoes that every kid wanted for Christmas in 1960? Parents scrambled for months to find a pair, only to see them kicked to the curb the following day. It’s for these parents – who do everything in their power to find something amazing for their child — that we do the annual toy test. They fuel this holiday tradition. However, it’s the work of many that make it possible including the toy manufacturers, who managed to get us product samples in time to review.
Our reviews would also not be possible without our toy testers and their teachers at Huron Academy in Sterling Heights.
We would also like to thank all of the last-minute toy testers, who make up the newest generation of Macomb Daily kids volunteering to try out the toys that arrived late, be it dolls or dinosaurs. Cheers to all of you for making it a success!
