GivingTuesday was created in 2012 with the goal of building a world where generosity is a part of everyday life. Ten years later, the concept has grown into a global movement of “radical generosity,” inspiring hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate and celebrate generosity year-round. Just last month, the organization received $10 million — its largest grant ever — from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GivingTuesday’s largest financial supporter.
