Three men and one woman were arraigned in 37th District Court Friday in connection with a shooting in Warren Jan. 31.

Elese Green, 19, and Elijah Dove, 20, were charged with armed robbery and assault with intent to murder, which are both felonies that carry a life sentence.

Javion Adams, 19, was charged with armed robbery, two counts of felony firearm, assault with intent to murder, and carrying a concealed weapon, which is a five-year felony.

Dangelo Dove, 22, was charged with armed robbery, assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon, and one count of felony firearm, a two-year felony.

Judge Steven Bieda set bond for all four defendants at $1 million cash surety. If they make bond, they are required to wear a tether and have no contact with witnesses or with the victim.

The alleged incident took place Jan. 31 at approximately 9:30 p.m. at the Warren Woods apartments near Ryan and Frazho roads. The 22-yearold male victim suffered non life threatening gunshot wounds to his right arm and leg and was transported to Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital.

Police say their initial investigation indicates the altercation started with some kind of sales transaction that escalated to robbery and assault.

“This situation was very dangerous and put the lives of the community in peril. The effects of violent crimes like this can have a lasting impact,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for Feb. 14 at 8:45 a.m. and a preliminary exam is scheduled for Feb. 21 at 8:45 a.m. both in Warren 37th District Court.
