❖ Business workshop with Mckenna Hallett titled

“Making Sales Online” will be held from noon to 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Maui County Business Resource Center, Maui Mall, Suite B-9, 70 E. Kaahumanu Ave., Kahului. In this 45-minute workshop, you will learn: How to create a sales funnel for any product or service; what works and what doesn’t work to entice visitors to your site; the do’s and don’ts of creating a website that gains trust and works “with” your goals; the secrets to getting people to stay on your site — the longer they linger the better for sales; and how to keep them returning, growing more interested and eventually buying from your website. ❖ Seabury Hall SAT and ACT prep classes will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturdays, July 20 through Aug. 2 at Seabury Hall, 480 Olinda Rd, Makawao. Eleven sessions will cover strategies in taking the math, reading, language portions of the SAT test and the science portion of the ACT. The classes will also give students the experience of taking three practice SAT tests and two practice ACT tests. Classes open to all students. Cost is $395.
