Michael (Myke) Kalani Dacquel, 45 It is with great sadness that the Dacquel Ohana announces the passing of Michael Kalani Dacquel on May 28, 2020. Michael was born to Mariano and Alejandria Dacquel on December 25 in Wailuku, HI.

Memorial services will be held at Nakamura Mortuary on Friday July 10, 2020 visitation­s will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM service will be at 7 pm. Interment will be held later. Michael worked as a License Massage Therapist. He built his companies Flip’n Ha-y-n Massage, A Plus E Therapeuti­c Massage, LLC. Michael was also a founding member of a group called Aloha LMTz Michael loved his work as the people that were his clients became family.

Michael was a calm and gentle soul that loved God, Michael loved his family and so enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He loved the ocean and would spend time with Toni and the fur babies, fishing, and swimming. He also enjoyed cruising in his Truck and going out to eat at all the diverse Maui restaurant­s. He will be so greatly missed Michael is survived by his wife Antoinette (Toni Kowalski), and there 4 fur babies Honi Lii, Miss Dazey, Tappers and Aoki Lee (Aunty Old Lady), sisters Eleanora (Erick) Daguro, Angie (Manny) Fernando, Karen (Bobby) Buduan, Fran (Greg) Curimao, Brothers Mariano (Melody) Dacquel Jr., Rudy (Flo) Labuguen, Maxi Urayanza, Sonatane (Maata) Urayanza, and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Michael was predecease­d by his parents Mariano Dacquel and Alejandria Dacquel, sisters Theresa Urayanza and Tonia Urayanza, nephew Brandon James Daguro.
