Testing or quarantine comical, dangerous

The idea of this would be comical if it weren’t true and so dangerous:

Take a test to prove you don’t have a disease, then get on a plane with others that chose to forgo that same test and “promised” to stay in place for two weeks. What about the fact that the person that chose quarantine can be positive and then pass the disease on to the person that tested negative during the flight? Jared Welch Waikapu
