With deep sadness, we, the Agbayani family, announce the passing of our mom, Cyrilla

Agbayani at MMMC Wailuku, Maui on

November 19, 2020. She was born on August

9,1934 in Paia, Maui to Joseph & Winifred

(Hanamaikai) Basques.

Cyrilla worked in the hotel industry as an

Executive Housekeepe­r throughout her career.

Upon retiring she enjoyed spending time with her family and mostly with her grandchild­ren. She was a member of Pukalani

Baptist Church. She loved sharing God’s Word and Praying for people.

She is pre-deceased by her late husband Jose M. Agbayani, daughter Sallyann S. Pinckney, sister Winnie Haynes and 7 brothers Joe Basques, Richard Basques, Danny Basques, David (Twitty) Basques, Jesse Vasquez, Harry and Peter Pagan.

She is survived by brother John (Small Man) Vasquez and sister Maryjane (Greg) Horikami, her children; Julie (Jacob) Robello Apolo, Pablo (Cindy) Balboa, Robert (Rose) Siatris, George (Jocelyn) Agbayani, Alberto (Luzviminda) Agbayani, Remy (Pablo) Collado, Edgar Agbayani and Ginalyn (Benjie) Yadao.

Hanai children Irene Tihada, Phyllis (Joey) Medeiros, Jo-Anne (Kenui) Cockett, John (Marie) Robello Jr. (deceased) and Hester Mae Ellis (deceased). And 19 grandchild­ren, 11 great-grandchild­ren +, numerous nieces and nephews.

Our family would like to express our gratitude to everyone for their love, support and kind words. To our Church Family Pukalani Baptist, Morning Ladies Bible Study and Pastor Paul Kaneshiro for always supporting and loving our family. A special thank you to Kula Hospital and Staff. Services will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Kahului Baptist Church. Family service from 8:30 to 9:30 and Public walk thru from 9:30 to 10:30. Due to Covid-19, face mask, temperatur­e check and social distancing is required.
