Leonida Pascual Agustin, 98, passed away on March 20, 2022 at Hale Makua Health Services. She was born on April 4, 1923 in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippine­s. She was predecease­d by her parents Facundo and Paula Malasig and by her 12 siblings. She was also predecease­d by her first and second husbands, Pedro Pascual and Antonio Agustin, respective­ly, and son Leonardo Pascual.

She is survived by her daughter Linda (Fred) Visitacion and daughter in-law Laurel Pascual; grandchild­ren Marc (Daisy) Visitacion, Bryan (Christine) Visitacion, Jacqueline (Paul) Gutierrez, Angelina Pascual and Gino Pascual; great grandchild­ren Myles, Teralani, Eliza, Penelope, Clay, Kenzi and Kolbe.

She was a former Home Economics teacher at Normal College in the Philippine­s. Upon immigratin­g to Hawaii to join her husband Pedro Pascual, she worked as a trimmer forelady at Maui Land Pineapple Company until her re-tirement. After retirement, she became ac-tively involved in the Filipino Senior Club and even rose to becoming its President and earned numerous awards for her leadership. She was an avid reader and a de-vout church goer at Christ the King church.

Wake Service will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 at Nakamura Mortuary from 4:00PM – 8:00PM with private viewing at 4:00PM – 5:00PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Christ the King Church, private viewing at 9:00am-9:30am; public viewing from 9:30am10:45am; mass at 11:00am and burial to follow at Maui Memorial Park - Garden of Meditation. Online condolence­s may
