Police seek help in identifyin­g individual­s

The Maui Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifyin­g three individual­s involved in an incident in the early morning hours of June 3 in a parking lot in Kihei.

Police said at approximat­ely 1:25 a.m. June 3, two Caucasian males and two females left a Kihei establishm­ent at 1913 South Kihei Road. Then at approximat­ely 2 a.m., there was an incident in the parking lot at 1941 South Kihei Road. The incident occurred next to a silver-colored Jeep and involved the four individual­s.

One of the involved females has been identified, but the identity of the second female and two males is currently unknown, police said.

Maui Police are seeking any informatio­n to identify the unknown individual­s.

A male in a white tank top was operating the silver-colored Jeep from June 3, police said.

In surveillan­ce, he is wearing a white tank top and black shorts. He is also seen taking something out of the Jeep.

Also in surveillan­ce video, the second unknown male is in a black T-shirt and board shorts, and the unknown female is wearing a blue tank top, jeans, and carrying a black purse.
