Tuilokoman­a “Tui” Vi-Kepilino, 38 of Makawao. Tui battled a lot of illness throughout her whole life and had passed on to be with our Heavenly Father on January 17, 2024 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born March 19, 1985 in Wailuku, Maui.

Visitation begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Ballard Family Mortuary, prayer service 10 a.m., and a celebratio­n of her life will continue till 2:30pm; cremation will follow.

A memorial mass will be held at 10a.m.on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at St. Anthony Church. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. A luncheon will be held after the service at Maui Beach Hotel in the dining area.

Tui worked as a security guard for Delta Executive Security Hawaii and she was also a Postal clerk at Kula, Paia and Makawao Post offices.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD it’s something she lived by. Family meant a lot to Tui, she did everything for family and strangers that became extended family above herself. Even with her health conditions she’s always willing to help but she knew above all, her strength was through God. She’s made of steel with a heart of gold!

She is survived by her husband, Michael Edward Kai Kepilino; Father, Sikaiona Vi-deceased; Mother, Cecilia Tagaloa; Step-Mother, Siale Vi; God Mother, Debi Sardine; God Father, Peter Ioakimi; Siblings, Nau Tupou, Tupapa Maria Vi-deceased, Lea’aepeni Savusa, Line Akau, Liola Akau, Ofeina Akau, Solomone Akau, Tina Peat, Talaiasi Vi, Ane Pauta, Ako Pauta, Noma Pauta, Sailau Ioakimi, Leann Crichton, Baby Paga, Tamasailau Anya Lam Yuen, Samantha Tiumalu, Maureen Sasonu; and many nieces and nephews.
