Hana wa­ter. Hana Wa­ter Sys­tems re­ceived ap­proval to in­crease wa­ter rates from the state Pub­lic Util­i­ties Com­mis­sion. The rates listed in a story and in a head­line pub­lished on Page A1 and con­tin­ued on Page A4 Fri­day should have been “per thou­sand gal­lons.” Rates for the north­ern ser­vice area will go from $1.42 to $14.29 per thou­sand gal­lons for the first 25,000 gal­lons over the next four years. Rates for south ser­vice area users will rise from the cur­rent $1.42 per thou­sand gal­lons to $4.82 on Jan. 1, 2022, for the first 25,000 gal­lons.
