By the way, Chambers & Chambers recently had a rosé wine trade tasting at Spago Maui with both Maher and his boss, Advanced Sommelier Charles Fredy, pouring the cool and refreshing varietal.

“Wailea Wine has some of the rosés we tasted, and you can order any that they do not have,” says Maher. “Aloha

Discount Liquor also has a few.”

Taste of Wailea is sold out, except for pass holders, and that tickets to Taste of Chocolate at 10 tonight at Four Seasons Resort Maui are going as fast as you can devour a chocolate souffle with banana ice cream.

The MACC will present films Friday through Sunday, and Isana Restaurant will cater sushi rolls, garlic noodles, garden salads and grilled chicken. At the Celestial Cinema in Wailea enjoy foods by crowd-pleasing nightly caterer, Mulligans on the Blue.
