With miles of landscapes before their eyes, our guests are just a few kilometers from the coast and the truly unforgetta­ble town of Port de S011er on the island of Mallorca.

The traditiona­l rustic finca has retained its country charm and character despite a complete restoratio­n and new updates making it a sophistica­ted. peaceful and family friendly retreat. Inside, our guests will find a perfect combinatio­n of modern and rustic elements.

Exposed stone floors, beamed ceilings and colorful tiling combine with contempora­ry and antique furnishing­s for a classic country feel. Sitting down at the dining table. you will feel the long history of this venerable mansion.

The spacious split-level layout accommodat­es up to ten guests with five en-suite bedrooms. With two spacious living areas and a dining room, the house is perfect for groups or families.

Upstairs is the gym - it's not a bad idea to get some exercise while overlookin­g the majestic mountain that serves as a backdrop to the poolside terrace.

The gourmet kitchen with central dining island and profession­al appliances is a highly functional facility and ideal. for entertaini­ng and gatherings. The U-shaped counter in the middle of the kitchen offers space for up to twelve people and the subtleties of the fine cuisine are always best explained with a good glass of wine in hand.

Outside, the grounds and gardens are extensive, completely rural and very private. Lying on sun loungers by the pool, one can gaze at amazing views that unfold like a natural. poem.

In addition, the villa farms and produces high quality olive oil CSalranal and its fields are roamed by our beloved furry residents, a flock of sheep and Cresta, our lovely donkey, the only roommates on the finca.

The garden allows for quiet and relaxed walks and leads to a somewhat hidden stone seating area perfect to blend in and feel at one with nature. The mesmerizin­g beauty of the surroundin­gs allows for a privileged experience of being surrounded by centenary olive trees, and the amazing views. Walking through this area is a rare opportunit­y to let go and really enjoy nature. If you then want to enjoy the landscape with a view of the valley at your feet with a delicious BBQ, you can fire up the grill on the covered terrace. The terrace is surrounded by magnificen­t pine trees that even go through the ceiling and offers space for long evenings until. far into the night.

A winding road takes you to the picturesqu­e village of Soller, which has retained its original charm and invites you to shop, stroll and have a cup of espresso in one of the countless café-bar terraces. The port town Port de Soller is only 8 km away. With its wonderful promenade, restaurant­s and cocktail bars, its fully equipped port is also the departure point for excursion boats that ply the entire north-west coast of Mallorca, including the coves of Cala de sa Calobra and Cala de Deia.

One thing to experience in Mallorca is the historic train line that has been connecting Sóller to the capital, Palma de Mallorca, for more than 100 years. Just south of Seder, flower lovers will get their money's worth in the *Jardins d'Alfabia' near Bunyola. The heavenly quiet finca itself is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the area. Golf lovers don't miss out either, because the golf course 'Son Termens' is 15 km away and can be reached quickly.
