Senior Lunch

Sal’s Bistro at the Redwood Coast Senior Center serves lunch

11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m., Monday through Friday, 490N. Harold St., Fort Bragg, next to Cotton Auditorium. Open to all: $8. Seniors pay by donation; no senior will be denied a meal if they do not donate. Meals also served Monday and Wednesday at Preston Hall, next to Mendocino Presbyteri­an Church. Prior day reservatio­ns are required for lunch in Mendocino, call 707-964-0443. Meals include vegetables, fruit, two glasses of milk (or buttermilk on request). Subject to change without notice.

Mendocino

Ambulance: Jan. 8. 5:41p.m., Little Airport Road. Ambulance requested. Cancelled en route.

Medical Aid: Jan. 9, 3:31a.m., Little Lake Road. 70-year-old female not alert. Patient declined transport. Medical Aid: Jan. 10, 8:39a.m., Headlands Road. 71-year-old female had taken a fall. Transporte­d to MCDH via Fort Bragg Ambulance.

Dec. 23: William Keven King, 66, arrested in Fort Bragg and booked into county jail at 2:11p.m. for two outstandin­g MCSO warrants. Bond set at $17,500. Subject released on Dec. 26.

Dec. 24: Julie Kathleen Winkelmeye­r, 50, of Fort Bragg, arrested in Ukiah at 4:11p.m., on charges of failure to appear in court. Bond set at $25,000. Subject released on Dec. 27.

Dec. 31: Elizabeth Lee Ponder, 43, of Carson City, arrested at 6:40a.m., in Fort Bragg, on charges of alleged DUI alcohol over the legal limit. No bond informatio­n provided. Subject has been released.
