Artists’ Collective in Elk

The Artist’s Collective in Elk is having a jewelry show for the month of February featuring artists Walt Rush, Lee Zabin, and Rhoda Teplow. The Artists’ Collective in Elk is located at 6031 S. Artists’ Co-op of Mendocino

The Artists’ Co-op of Mendocino features photographer Shanti Balse with a focus on “Shifting Perspectives.” Visit the gallery to see her exhibit from January 5 through January 31. The Co-op is located at the corner of Kasten and Albion Streets in Mendocino. It is open daily from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Masks and social distancing are required. To contact us: 707-937-2217. Highlight Gallery of Mendocino

Highlight Gallery presents the oil paintings of HM Saffer, featured through February 2022. Saffer began painting early and showed his work for the first time at the tender age of 6. He has painted throughout his life, while living abroad, running restaurants, playing live gigs, and recording music; his creative and varied experiences contribute to the richness of his work today. The Highlight Gallery is open every day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at their new location at 10480 Kasten St., at the corner of Kasten and Ukiah. Mendocino Art Center

The Mendocino Art

Center hosts a full day of free Second Saturday activities in conjunction with its Members’ Juried Exhibit, with a ceramics sale, artist talk, and a gallery reception, February 12, 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For more information please call 707-9375818 or visit MendocinoArtCenter.org. Partners Gallery

Partners Gallery “Three Letterpress Printers Walk Into a Shed: The Renegade Letterpress Work of Felicia Rice, Theresa Whitehill, and Zida Borcich.” The show will run from January 6 through March 6 of 2022. Meet the Artists will be held on January 8 and February 12, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A talk by Peter Koch, CODEX Foundation, will be held Saturday, February 12 from 4:40 pm to 5:00 pm.
