TC Space

There will be a public party on the evening of Friday, February 3rd from 5 to 8 PM for the Krenov School's class of 2023 Mid Winter Exhibition at TC Space. Our class has once again produced an exceptiona­l body of work. On display will be examples of the fine skills, attention to detail, and sensitivit­y that our students have strived for in their first semester's work. The show run from Jan 28 — Feb 26, 2023. We are ready to welcome a new year — this First Friday we are featuring artwork about Chinese New Year, the year of the rabbit. The rabbit represents peace and longevity, and good luck for all! Northcoast Artists Gallery, February 2023 “Love,” featuring works by the members of Northcoast Artists Gallery February 1-27, 2023. The word love has different meanings for everyone. Edgewater Gallery

In February, Edgewater Gallery will host abstract artist Gurdon “Murph” Miller Gurdon Miller, who will open his show on First Friday, February 3, at Edgewater Gallery from 5-8. “I have drawn and painted for as long as I can remember. I majored in art at UC Berkeley in the 1960s. I make acrylic paintings from small enough for an apartment, to impractica­lly large. I also paint watercolor­s and make large-format silver-gelatin photograph­s. My paintings are abstract but are related to landscapes or objects that occur in nature. Pacific Textile Arts

A Pacific Textile Arts Gallery show and sale, focusing on baskets and woven yardage collected by member, Anne Fleuret, during her years of working and living in Africa. Pacific Textile Arts will open on First Friday, February 3, 5-8:00 PM, with an exhibit and sale of woven yardage and baskets created by African artisans.
