p.m. Sunday Police interrupte­d a burglary at a building that was under constructi­on. The burglar fled in a vehicle that was reported stolen. 700 block of Grape, 4 a. m.

Sunday According to police, someone attempted to entered a home through a garage door. 500 block of Bobolink Circle, 3: 10 p.m. Feb. 10 Police say someone entered a home through a bathroom window and stole jewelry, computers, a TV and a bicycle. 900 block of Bernardo, 4: 50 p.m. Feb. 10 The sliding glass door of a residence was broken and someone entered, stealing jewelry, checks and a coin collection.

Lobelia Drive, 3: 06 a.m. Saturday Police say two prowlers that were checking car door handles were caught and arrested. Crystal Springs Drive, 2: 37

a.m. Saturday Officers responded to a report of a few people with flashlight­s, checking vehicle door handles, who were seen in a white sport utility vehicle. Police placed the 35-yearold driver under arrest. 35400 block of Dumbarton Court, 1: 50 p.m. Saturday A black 2012 Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen in the parking lot at Residence Inn. 35100 Newark Boulevard, 1: 14 a.m. Saturday Someone attempted to steal a delivery truck at Oasis Fitness Center.

REDWOOD CITY

Woodside Road and Alameda De Las Pulgas, 6: 36 a.m.

Sunday An officer attempted to make a vehicle stop of a driver who pulled into Menlo Country Club. The driver stopped then immediatel­y backed into the officer’s car but remained in his vehicle. The driver then pulled a knife out as officers evacuated club personnel. Negotiator­s were summoned and were able to convince the driver to throw the knife out of the car window.
