Our state and nation must set priorities
Both our state and our nation must set priorities.
For Washington, obviously the most urgent priority is to reopen the government, followed by bipartisan legislation to help our humanitarian crisis at the border.
For California, the top priority must be focusing on fire prevention and our limited water in this time of climate disasters. Affordable housing and other progressive plans are important too for Gov. Newsom, but first things first.
