Media stoking people’s fear of needles

I wish that all the TV stations would quit showing people getting poked in the arm with needles. Don’t they realize that some people have a serious phobia about needles and some people, like me, just don’t like to watch needles entering the flesh?

We don’t need to see it multiple times a day to get the point, so just stop it. I can handle it, but some people are now too frightened of needles to take the vaccine shot. TV is just exacerbating the situation.
