SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Hundreds of personal investors, real estate and finance professionals, business owners, venture capitalists, technology investors, community leaders, plus residential and commercial realty enthusiasts will unite for the Silicon Valley Real Estate Finance & Tech Expo 2015, the largest real estate exposition in Northern California.

The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose at 2050 Gateway Place, San Jose, CA 95110 on Saturday, March 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information visit Realty411guide.com/expo or call 805-693-1497.You may also visit: http://siliconvalleyrealestatetechexpo. Parking is $10. Free to the public (please bring donations for NARF, such as pet food, toys, treats, grooming supplies, etc.).

The event is attracting top national speakers and educators in diverse subjects and topics. Some of the industry-renowned professionals who will be appearing include: Dave Lindahl, Patrick James, Mark Thomas, Mike D’Arrigo, Sensei Gilliland, Tom Wilson, Mark Hanf, Lori Greymont, Garrett Sutton, Jason Kennedy, Manolis Sfinarolakis, as well as many other successful real estate leaders.

Guests will have the choice of attending multiple educational sessions and networking with dozens of companies, from both the local area as well as out of state.

A large hotel section has been reserved for this all-day expo (please request the San Simeon ballroom). The Silicon Valley Real Estate & Tech Expo is complimentary to the public. Normally events of this caliber, with such big-name industry leaders, charge attendees hundreds of dollars to enter.

Instead, Realty411 Magazine, the event producer and host, has decided to extend complimentary admission so that guests can instead donate to charity.

In lieu of an admission charge, Realty411 is requesting that donations be made to their expo charity of choice: NARF, Nike Animal Rescue Foundation. They will be present at the expo to accept donations of food, toys, treats, bedding or to answer questions about monetary donations.

“I consider myself very fortunate to be able to host expos and to have the ability to publish magazines that can enlighten thousands of people around the world about the power of real estate,” says Linda Pliagas, publisher and founder. “We make a big impact even though we have a small staff and annual budget. I’m really thankful to be here, so I want to try and give back by combining our events with local charities.”

For the Silicon Valley Real Estate Finance & Tech Expo 2015 the chosen event charity is NARF, Nike Animal Rescue Foundation (http://www. narfrescue.org/). Realty411’s goal is to raise awareness and direct donations for the nonprofit organization. Some of the items being requested by NARF include: dog and cat food (wet/dry), pet toys, grooming supplies, cat and dog beds, and treats. NARF is a NO KILL shelter.

The Silicon Valley Real Estate Finance & Tech Expo will also uncover the latest trends in technology for real estate investors and real estate professionals alike.
