2700 block of Glorietta Circle, 5:56 p.m. Aug. 11 Jewelry, a camera and cell phones were stolen from a residence. Entry was made through an open bathroom window. 3000 block of Olcott Street, 8:08 a.m. Aug. 12 Acity-owned back-flow regulator valued at $1,000 was stolen. 2635 Homestead Road, 3:45 p.m. Aug. 13 Amale who exposed himself to a female in Central Park Library, then set off the fire alarm exiting the building was located and arrested after a witness pointed out his hiding place: underneath a fallen tree near the creek. 2200 block of Martin Avenue, 1:01 a.m. Saturday A male in a van who appeared under the influence, sweating profusely when contacted and unable to come up with an explanatio­n for what he was doing in the area was arrested after a records check revealed that he was on probation for burglary and possession of stolen property. Avehicle search produced numerous tools belonging to a business down the street — an estimated $3,750 worth — and on him, officers found a controlled substance, drug parapherna­lia and burglary tools.

Valparaiso Avenue, 3:19 p.m. Saturday The animal farm at a school was accessed by a student who dismantled the locks on the gates. Selby Lane and Serrano Drive, 3:46 a.m. Sunday An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle, spoke with two people inside and then gave one of them — a female juvenile from Redwood City — a courtesy ride home.
