Intacct is growing everyday
It’s no secret that Intacct is growing fast! Last year, Intacct moved its corporate headquarters to 300 Park Ave. right here in downtown San Jose to accommodate the many new faces around the office.
Over the past four years, Intacct has more than doubled our global headcount AND our square footage to now take up three floors – soon to be four! All this great new space means more options and room to grow!
Intacct has settled very nicely into our new headquarters and employees have been thoroughly enjoying having an official game room, three spacious kitchens with never ending yummy treats, additional meeting rooms, and great informal collaboration areas. The office offers a bright, open floor plan with sweeping views of downtown San Jose and the surrounding hills.
Intacct gives back
Intacct partners with the community throughout the year. Intacct regularly participates in the Family Giving Tree’s Back-to-School Drive by donating backpacks stuffed full of school supplies and the Second Harvest Food Bank by donating and sorting food items. Intacct has also participated in Operation Gratitude providing care kits for those in the military, homebuilding for Habitat for Humanity, and Loaves and Fishes. Intacct employees thoroughly enjoy giving back and the company continuously participates in charitable events throughout the year. Employees are encouraged to attend these events during working hours and they do not need to use PTO to attend.
Intacct employees are on the move!
Intacct runs an annual “Biggest Loser” and “Most Active Employee” competition to promote personal health and overall health of the entire organization. Participants are gifted with fitness trackers at no cost to assist them in reaching their goals and are rewarded for losing pounds or maintaining their active lifestyles with recognition and prizes.
We’ve also organized a soccer and a softball team that regularly competes in a league, and host an annual ping pong tournament as well as just for fun. We’ve got some very enthusiastic ping pong players here at Intacct!
In addition, Intacct provides $100 per month to all full time staff members working out of HQ to put toward meals with a meal delivery service. There is a fully stocked kitchen on each floor of the office featuring four of the employee’s favorite brands of fresh-ground coffee, breakfast foods, healthy snacks, fruits, and beverages. Intacct also caters all staff trainings and regularly feeds staff well during company fun events.
