DON’T MISS: “Hitchcock and Truffaut” — In 1962, French New Wave auteur François Truffaut spent a week in Hollywood with his idol, Alfred Hitchcock, discussing the director’s rich and extensive body of work, including “Psycho” and “Vertigo.” Their exchanges were distilled into a book that became a celebrated bible of cinema. This documentar­y brings the historic summit to life, while blending in fresh observatio­ns from current filmmakers. 9 p.m. Monday, HBO.

SUNDAY: The Summer Olympics in Rio continue throughout the week. Tonight’s prime-time offerings include swimming, diving and women’s team gymnastics. 7 p.m., NBC.

SUNDAY: As “Inspector Lewis” launches its ninth season on “Masterpiec­e,” our title character (Kevin Whately) and his partner Hathaway (Laurence Fox) search for a link between a corpse found in a well and the death of a young artist. 9 p.m., PBS.

MONDAY: Good riddance. On “Bachelor in Paradise,” one unruly dude gets an early eviction and insults host Chris Harrison and his cast mates on the way out. 8 p.m., ABC.

MONDAY: We expect loads of drama on the Season 2 finale of “UnReal.” It seems that Quinn’s (Constance Zimmer) plans for the remaining two contestant­s on “Everlastin­g” could be foiled by an unexpected turn of events. 10 p.m., Lifetime.

TUESDAY: The crazy chaos continues on “Zoo” as Jackson (James Wolk) learns that his mother is missing in Africa. But the search to find her is delayed when a hostile force overtakes the team’s plane. 9 p.m., CBS.

TUESDAY: Are you ready for some football? The “Hard Knocks” documentar­y series returns, and this time the focus is on the Rams, who have moved back to Los Angeles and are trying to build a new tradition. 10 p.m., HBO.

WEDNESDAY: The first season of “Greenleaf” continues with an episode that has Mac (Gregory Alan Williams) attempting to blackmail the Bishop (Keith David). However, Grace (Merle Dandridge) stands in his way. 10 p.m., OWN.

THURSDAY: As “Beauty and the Beast” homes in on its end game, Vincent (Jay Ryan) is forced to undergo a series of tests orchestrat­ed by the mystery buyer in order to keep from being exposed. 9 p.m., The CW.

FRIDAY: Break out the antacids. On “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” Guy basically eats his way through Maui, where sushi and ice cream are on the menu. 9 p.m., Food Network.

SATURDAY: Welcome to her nightmare: In “The Inherited,” a woman moves into the house where her husband’s late wife suffered a horrific death. Naturally, bad things begin to happen. 10 p.m., Lifetime.
