500 block of Webster Street, 9:09 p.m. Jan. 17 A vehicle window was smashed and property was reported stolen. 3400 block of South Court, 8:51 a.m. Jan. 17 Someone broke into a vehicle and stole paperwork and documents. 700 block of Moreno Avenue, 7:05 a.m. Jan. 17 A vehicle was reported stolen. 90 block of University Avenue, 9:41 p.m. Jan. 16 Police arrested a 26-yearold man for possessing stolen property. 400 block of Bryant Street, 9:05 p.m. Jan. 17 Someone smashed the window of a vehicle and stole items. A similar incident occurred several hours earlier on the 4200 block of Suzanne Drive. 800 block of El Camino Real, 2:30 p.m. Jan. 17 A 45-year-old woman was issued a citation for shoplifting. 3600 block of Ramona Avenue, 11:50 p.m. Jan. 16 According to police, someone tried to break into a car. 4100 block of Willmar Drive, 8:16 a.m. Jan. 16 Someone entered a vehicle and stole property.

Civic Center Drive, Jan. 17 According to police, someone entered a business and stole cash, Starbucks gift cards and company checks. 5000 block of Shalimar Circle, Jan. 17 A resident told police someone entered the garage and stole a red Cannondale road bike valued at $800.

6400 block of Buena Vista Drive, 12:34 p.m. Jan. 17 Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a camera, makeup bag and the valet key to the vehicle.

Meridian Bay Lane, 10:22 a.m. Jan. 17 Someone smashed a vehicle window and stole a cleaning supply bag and a vacuum cleaner. East Hillsdale Avenue, 9:22 a.m. Jan. 17 Police say someone stole cigarette packs and ropes from an unlocked vehicle.
