THE RAT PACK IS BACK. With over 6,000 performances in over 40 states, four foreign countries and over 2 million tickets to its credit, the Vegas-based show with national touring companies that relives the Rat Pack days of Frank, Sammy and Dean, continues at Harrah’s Reno. “The Rat Pack is Back” opened earlier this month in Sammy’s Showroom featuring Chris Jason as Frank Sinatra, Kenny Jones as Sammy Davis, Jr. and Drew Anthony as Dean Martin.

Now in its 18th year, performances showcase the trio and their live big band as they appeared in the famed Sands Hotel’s Copa Room.

Jason, the newest member of the cast, achieved international status while performing with the National Academy Orchestra of Canada, a 40-piece orchestra under acclaimed and charismatic symphonic conductor Boris Brott.

Jones began performing in gospel ensembles at the age of 12 and eventually joined Groove City, an R&B band that toured the U.S. which led him to the opportunity to pay homage to one of his idols.

Anthony received his B.F.A. from the Mannes College of Music Jazz Division in New York City, establishing himself in the area as well. His work with big bands and orchestras has been well documented, including his own big band the Drew Anthony Orchestra.
