SATURDAY’S HIGHLIGHTS

Yankees 11, Cubs 6: Aaron Hicks had four hits, Starlin Castro homered and drove in three runs, and New York won its fourth straight.

Indians 3, Royals 1: Carlos Santana and Francisco Lindor hit back-to-back home runs with two outs in the ninth inning to lift Cleveland over Kansas City. Rays 6, Blue Jays 1: Logan Morrison and Colby Rasmus hit two-run homers, and Jake Odorizzi pitched seven strong innings to lead Tampa Bay over Toronto.

Red Sox 11, Twins 1: Rick Porcello pitched seven sharp innings to win his first start since opening day, and Chris Young homered twice as Boston downed Minnesota.

David Price could return to the Red Sox rotation by the end of May, provided he continues to feel good in his recovery from a strained left elbow. Sidelined since spring training, Price has been throwing well in simulated games.

Orioles 6, White Sox 5: Dylan Bundy pitched six effective innings, and Trey Mancini and Manny Machado homered for Baltimore.

Orioles closer Zach Britton is back on the disabled list with a left forearm strain — the same injury that recently sidelined him for two weeks.

Dodgers 10, Padres 2: Cody Bellinger’s grand slam capped a five-run ninth inning, and Clayton Kershaw allowed five hits and one run in seven-plus innings, striking out nine.

Pirates 2, Brewers 1: Josh Harrison singled home Gift Ngoepe with one out in the 10th inning to lift Pittsburgh over Milwaukee.

Nationals 6, Phillies 2: Ryan Zimmerman homered and drove in three runs, and A.J. Cole (1-0) allowed one run over six innings for Washington.

Cardinals 5, Braves 3: Mike Leake won his fourth straight decision, and Matt Carpenter and Matt Adams homered for St. Louis. Rockies 9, Diamondbac­ks 1: Mark Reynolds and Nolan Arenado homered, and Tyler Anderson pitched six effective innings for Colorado.

Mets: Starter Noah Syndergaar­d will be sidelined through at least the All-Star break due to a torn muscle behind his right arm.
