800 block of El Camino Real, 5:07 p.m. Aug. 9: A bicycle was reported stolen. A similar incident occurred several hours earlier on the 2800 block of Middlefield Road. 300block of Portage Avenue, 6p.m. Aug. 9: A 27-year-old man from Sacramento was arrested for shoplifting and burglary.

700 block of Welch Road, 11:22 a.m. Aug. 9: Someone vandalized a vehicle. 100 block of El Camino Real, 4:41 p.m. Aug. 8: According to police, someone smashed a car window and stole property.

700 block of San Antonio Road, 8:49 a.m. Aug. 8: Police say someone stole a bicycle. Another bicycle was reported stolen Aug. 4, on the 2300 block of High Street.

33400block of Turnerstone Place, 11:21 a.m. Aug. 8: Someone broke into a home through a bathroom window. 4100 block of Central Avenue, 3:37 a.m. Aug. 8: Police say two people armed with handguns entered a store and stole cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot. Washington High School, Aug. 8: According to police, someone stole football equipment valued at approximately $11,000.

5600block of Mowry Avenue, 7:36 p.m. Aug. 9: Someone broke into a vehicle parked at BJ’s Restaurant. An Apple computer, an iPad and a computer case was stolen. 5400 block of Thornton Avenue, 12:10 a.m. Aug. 9: An officer seized license plates from a vehicle for false registration and the vehicle was then towed.

NewPark Mall, 6:37 p.m. Aug. 8: Police arrested a woman for theft at Macy’s.

35400block of Dumbarton Court, 3:47 p.m. Aug. 8: According to police, tools were stolen from a vehicle parked at Residence Inn. 37000block of Central Court, 9:15 a.m. Aug. 8: Someone entered a business and stole construction tools and a tool box.

38500 block of the Cedar Boulevard, 8:47 a.m. Aug. 8: Police say someone stole a gold 1999 Toyota Camry.
