Home shoppers are encouraged to visit Belluno, Charlotte’s Oaks and Montevello for a sneak peek at these amazing communities and special pregrand opening pricing.

KB Home’s Charlotte’s Oaks neighborhood is set for a March 3 grand opening, but home shoppers interested in the community’s innovative new home designs should visit the sales office this weekend. This gated community offers a selection of affordable two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,603 square feet to 1,882 square feet, up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Pricing starts in the low $300,000 range.

“Given the rising consumer demand for new homes in the region, we are pleased to be opening three brand new communities in the Central Valley,” said Joe Killinger, president of KB Home’s Central California division. “These new neighborhoods will be a prominent addition to the diverse mix of locations, home styles and design choices KB Home offers in Northern California. Home shoppers should move quickly if they want to secure the home of their dreams.”

KB Home’s Montevello is another popular new community that has been gaining the attention of many Central Valley home shoppers. The new homes range from 1,925 square feet to 3,061 square feet and can accommodate up to six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Pricing starts from the mid-$300,000 range.

The builder’s third new home community, Belluno, is distinguished by the features that are important to contemporary homebuyers: spacious great rooms, ample built-in storage solutions, and flexible areas that can function as additional bedrooms, lofts, dens or home offices. The three twostory floor plans range in size from 1,790 square feet to 2,229 square feet and can accommodate up to five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car-garage. Pricing starts from the mid-$300,000 range.

Since 1957 the homebuilder has become known for its unique homebuilding approach that allows homebuyers to personalize their home’s design and functionality, to create a home that truly reflects their individual wants and needs. Homeowners can select nearly everything about their home, including its specific lot location, floor plan, structural features and more. Additionally, buyers work one-on-one with an expert design consultant at the KB Home Studio to select from the various decor, technology and sustainability-focused components that are included or can be built into a KB home.

KB Home has also established itself as a leader in energy-efficient homebuilding, as all its new homes in Northern California are Energy Star-certified and built with Water-Sense-labeled faucets and fixtures. Built-in features like Low-E windows and Energy Star appliances all help contribute to lowering the utility bills associated with homeownership compared to other typical new and resale homes.
