Kevin Alarcon, Menlo baseball:

Threw a complete game with five strikeouts and just one walk as the Knights beat Menlo-Atherton 4-2.

Aryel Coats, Carondelet track and field:

Won the 100 in 12.42 seconds and the 200 in 25.64 at the Serra Top 7 meet, the 100 time ranking 10th in the North Coast Section this season.

Taison Corio, De La Salle baseball:

On his birthday, Corio hit a two-run homer and also singled to knock in a run in the 10th inning as De La Salle defeated Foothill 6-2 in a matchup between two of the Bay Area’s top teams. Alex Dalla-Ricca and Billy Bosch, Irvington volleyball: Both finished with 12 kills to lead Irvington to a 25-23, 2624, 26-24 victory over Mission San Jose in a Mission Valley Athletic League match.

Aaron Fox, Pittsburg volleyball:

Led the way with 12 kills as Pittsburg cruised past Freedom 25-11, 25-17, 25-14 in Bay Valley Athletic League play.

Cole Gillis, Branham volleyball:

Led the Bruins in kills in all five best-of-three-set matches as they won the Surf City Classic at Harbor without dropping a set, beating San Mateo, Harbor, College Park, Aptos and Mt. Madonna. Gillis averaged nearly 10 kills per match.

Autriyana Hardy, Jessica Eagle, Malia Latu, Maggie Hall, Menlo-Atherton track and field:

Won the 4×100 relay in a Central Coast Section-leading 49.02 at the Serra Top 7 meet.

Adam Henriques, Lincoln-San Jose baseball:

Threw a five-inning no-hitter with 10 strikeouts as the Lions defeated arch-rival San Jose 10-0. Henriques is 2-1 with a 1.24 ERA on the season.

Brody LaPorte, Menlo lacrosse:

Villanova-bound standout scored four goals as Menlo defeated Carlsbad 17-5. Midfielder consistent­ly won loose balls on faceoffs and excelled on defense in the Carlsbad game and a 12-4 win over Santa Fe Christian of Solana Beach.

Kendall Mansukhani, Half Moon Bay track and field:

She won the 800 at the Serra Top 7 meet in a personal-best 2:17.34, the seventh-best time in the Central Coast Section this season.

JL Meyer, Monte Vista baseball:

Had two hits and scored a run to help Monte Vista defeat rival San Ramon Valley 5-2 in East Bay Athletic League play.

Davis Miller, Willow Glen baseball:

Allowed two runs while striking out nine in a complete-game performanc­e, leading the Rams to a 3-2 nonleague victory over Burlingame. Willow Glen improved its record to 14-3.

Eddie Park, Valley Christian baseball:

Stanford commit had two hits — both in the third inning — drove in a run, scored a run and pitched the final 1 2/3 innings as Valley Christian held off Bellarmine College Prep 5-2 in a West Catholic Athletic League showdown between nationally ranked teams.

Krissy Smoot, Notre Dame-Belmont track and field:

Won the discus at the Serra Top 7 meet with a Central Coast Section-leading toss of 142 feet, 2 inches, marking the sixth time she has eclipsed a personal record and fourth time she has broken a school record. Also took third in the shot put in 40-11. She leads the CCS in that event in 41-6.

Nick Yorke and Joe Yorke, Archbishop Mitty baseball:

Nick hit a double and a triple, drove in five runs and scored three times to lead Mitty to a 13-5 win over St. Francis in WCAL play. Older brother Joe had three hits, including a double, and knocked in four runs in the same game.

Bianca Young, Monta Vista track and field:

Freshman won the 400 in 59.29 and finished fourth in the 200 in 26.37 at the Serra Top 7 meet.
