Sage Intacct’s winning combination for long-term success

-

Sage Intacct has found success for a number of years through the winning combination of a great product offering, an experienced leadership team, and a focus on customer and employee satisfaction. We have a long history of winning awards, but we are especially proud to be recognized by Bay Area News Group as a Top Workplace for the eighth year in a row. As the innovation and customer satisfaction leader in cloud financial management software, Sage Intacct brings cloud computing to finance and accounting. Over 11,000 customers use our cloudbased accounting software products to automate complex processes and surface rich financial and operational insights. In use by organizations from startups to public companies, Sage Intacct is designed to improve company performance and make finance more productive. In 2017, Gartner named Sage Intacct a Visionary in the magic quadrant for cloud core financial management suites for midsize, large, and global enterprises. Sage Intacct’s placement was based on Gartner’s assessment of our completeness of vision and ability to execute. Along with our key product offerings, Sage Intacct has built an outstanding, award-winning culture that produces consistently high customer and employee satisfaction ratings. Customer success has always been at the heart of our business model, as evidenced by our long record of outstanding customer satisfaction rates. In the Fall 2017 G2 Crowd Accounting Software Grid® report, Sage Intacct was placed in the Leaders quadrant and achieved the top customer satisfaction score. These results, which are based solely on customer feedback, validate the value that Sage Intacct delivers to our customers. Sage Intacct offers competitive compensation packages as well as all the perks that are customary at many Silicon Valley companies. But for us, the focus on employee satisfaction goes well beyond these standard incentives: ongoing training and career development opportunities ensure that employees can achieve their professional goals; a focus on wellness and a healthy work/life balance prevents stress and burnout and leads to employees who are happier, more focused, and more productive in both their personal and professional lives; and a commitment to hiring the right people fosters a collaborative environment where employees feel valued and stay engaged. Earlier this year, Fortune magazine and consulting firm Great Places to Work named Sage Intacct as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area for the third consecutive year. In 2017, National Association for Business Resources (NABR) bestowed Sage Intacct with two awards based on employee feedback. We were named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation as well as a Best and Brightest in Wellness. The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment; this is the fourth straight year Sage Intacct has made this prestigious list. And it’s not just the company that is winning awards. Our product success and high satisfaction scores could not happen without the support and leadership of an experienced management team — and Sage Intacct’s executives are routinely acknowledged for their own outstanding contributions. In the past year alone, Sage Intacct leaders have been named as the Gold winner for Finance Executive of the Year in the 2017 Best in Biz Awards International; placed on Accounting Today’s 2017 Top 100 Most Influential People list; named to CRN’s prestigious list of top Channel Chiefs for 2017; and selected as the Gold Winner in the prestigious CEO World Executive of the Year Awards for midsize organizations.
