Get ready for another run of “Frozen” mania, Bay Area.

The Tony Award-nominated musical, based on the animated Disney blockbuster of the same name, is coming to San Francisco. The musical will anchor the 2020-21 SHN season, organizers have announced.

The musical is expected to be one hot ticket. So, what’s the best way to secure your spot?

“Current 2019-2020 renewing and new members will be first in line to guarantee their seats to ‘Frozen’ when the complete 20202021 season is announced next year,” SHN said in a statement.

Produced by the same people behind “The Lion King” and “Aladdin,” two other hit musicals based on Disney movies, “Frozen” has been a smash success during its Broadway run, and the New Yorker has hailed the musical as “thrilling” and “genuinely moving.”

“Frozen” was the biggest musical hit during its debut Broadway season, placing in the top 10 best-selling productions every week since its March 2018 debut.

The show brings Elsa, Anna and Olaf to vivid life and features the well-known songs from the Oscar-winning movie, as well as a dozen new numbers written specifically for the staged musical.

The creative team includes Oscar winner Kristen Anderson-Lopez and EGOT winner Robert Lopez (music and lyrics), Oscar winner Jennifer Lee (book), Tony and Olivier awards winner Michael Grandage (director) and Tony winner Rob Ashford (choreographer).

Performance dates and ticketing information will be announced at a later date. Visit FrozenTheMusical.com/Tour and shnsf.com for details.
