Anthem United building 55-plus Manteca community

- BY ANTHEM UNITED

Architects, interior designers and construction crews from Anthem United are busy working on new model homes for Turnleaf at The Collective, a neighborhood of 84 single-story homes for buyers age 55 or better in Manteca. The new neighborhood is scheduled for a preopening in early August and a grand opening later in the month.

The Collective is an age-qualified masterplanned community east of Highway 99 and north of East Louise Avenue. The community features a central campus with a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, yoga studio, dog park, lounge, outdoor kitchen, amphitheater, bocce courts, barbecues and more.

“With fully featured homes that have easy accessibility and modern, functional design in a highly amenitized masterplanned community, we expect to attract empty nesters and other buyers age 55 or better from Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Mountain House and Bay Area locations,” said Meg Gore, director of sales for Anthem United. “The community as a whole and homes at Turnleaf in particular complement their modern tastes and enhance their active, social lifestyles.”

The homes at Turnleaf are located across from the clubhouse, “the best location in the community,” according to Gore. “Residents can enjoy barbecues with their neighbors, relish in the many activities at the clubhouse, take a dip in the community pool or walk their dog in the park, mere steps from their home.”

The four home designs at Turnleaf are built in Traditional Farmhouse and Contemporary Farmhouse styles

on larger homesites. They range from 2,146 square feet to 2,507 square feet with two to three bedrooms and up to two-and-a-half bathrooms. The homes include flex space that allows buyers to customize with the option of a formal dining room or retreat.

“Homeowners will take pride in knowing they have received industry-leading craftsmanship within a community of people who share their values and experiences,” Gore said.

The Collective is located conveniently close to transit, medical facilities, great shopping and entertainment. The model homes for Turnleaf at The Collective are being built on Parkcrest Circle, east of Highway 99 and north of East Louise Avenue in Manteca.
